Our Story
Jason Restaurant started in 2012 as a tiny six-table noodle shop run by the Nguyen family, newly arrived from Hue, Vietnam. We cooked the food we grew up on, and our neighbors kept coming back for seconds.
Today we're still a family-owned, family-operated kitchen. Mom still tastes every pot of broth, Dad still hand-rolls the meatballs, and the kids run the front of the house. We believe great food is about patience, generosity and a little bit of fun.
